الموضوع: ccident in TSF (Gama Qatar On 03-03-09)‏

Please find attached are some photos along with a safety alert of a tire explosion incident took place in Qatar.

The safety alert states that while a fitter applied oxy torch to heat and loosen the 12 nuts to enable removal of wheel. Two wheel nuts were removed without heat, the tire burst when heat was applied to the fourth nut.

It seems that there have been some causalities but we do not know how many.

Please let us work safely at all times and recall that shortcuts may lead to undesirable consequences including losing lives.
